Having worked with a variety of ages and cultures through the years, Heather enjoys talking through, directing persons to areas of concern, and being a support as you find a new normal and finding tools and resources to assist you in your journey. Heather encourages clients to lean into their protective factors and learn how to navigate through risk factors or struggles they are experiencing.
