Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and direct support. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to promote healing and recovery. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical research and a commitment to evidence-based practices. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Duties
  • Conduct patient assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing sessions, to identify treatment needs and goals.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing and behavioral management.

  • Provide direct support and counseling services to patients, including those experiencing PTSD or addiction.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and case management.

  • Participate in clinical research studies to advance the understanding of mental health conditions and improve treatment outcomes.

  • Utilize medical terminology and clinical research knowledge to inform treatment decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.

Skills
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy services.

  • Strong understanding of motivational interviewing and its applications in patient care.

  • Excellent patient assessment and case management skills.

  • Knowledge of clinical research methods and the ability to apply this knowledge in a therapeutic setting.

  • Proven ability to provide direct support and counseling services to patients.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to apply this knowledge in a therapeutic setting.

  • Experience with behavior management and PTSD care.

  • Masters level degree or higher in counseling, social work or psychology.
