Duties

Conduct patient assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing sessions, to identify treatment needs and goals.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing and behavioral management.

Provide direct support and counseling services to patients, including those experiencing PTSD or addiction.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and case management.

Participate in clinical research studies to advance the understanding of mental health conditions and improve treatment outcomes.

Utilize medical terminology and clinical research knowledge to inform treatment decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
Skills

Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy services.

Strong understanding of motivational interviewing and its applications in patient care.

Excellent patient assessment and case management skills.

Knowledge of clinical research methods and the ability to apply this knowledge in a therapeutic setting.

Proven ability to provide direct support and counseling services to patients.

Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to apply this knowledge in a therapeutic setting.

Experience with behavior management and PTSD care.

Masters level degree or higher in counseling, social work or psychology.
