“I saw how hard it was to get help and how confusing the process could be,” she recalls. “I wanted to be part of making that experience better for others.”


Since then, she’s spent her career helping individuals who are often overwhelmed by the idea of therapy, offering a calm, structured, and judgment-free space to begin.
